ADHD Online Assessment
Overview
The questions to answer in the assessments are entered anonymously. You are not required to provide any contact information to receive your results. The assessments results are visual and detailed, providing information and assessment across multiple, different risk areas related to ADHD. The responses you provide are compared to those provided by individuals who have been diagnosed with an ADHD disorder to determine risk level.
Note: The brief questionnaires are not substitutes for a professional evaluation by a trained clinician.
What is Holistic Therapy?
ADHD can really impact your everyday life, and if this is something that you are currently experiencing it is worth speaking to a specialist. ADHD can make life feel overwhelming, whilst you struggle to direct your attention, & struggle to regulate emotions.
Speaking to a holistic therapist can help you to overcome ADHD. Holistic Therapy combines an understanding of the underlying physical conditions as well as the psychological ones addressing both simultaneously. In addition to medication and correcting disbalances and deficiencies, talking about what it is that you are experiencing can facilitate a process where you can learn how to let go of emotional impulses, how to develop time management, organisation & time planning, enabling you to manage your symptoms.
